Open Positions
We're currently hiring for the following roles:
Licensed Irrigator
Experienced irrigation professionals with a valid TCEQ Irrigator License. Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial sprinkler systems. Work independently and lead projects from start to finish.
Sprinkler Technician
Skilled technicians with a valid TCEQ Technician License. Diagnose and repair irrigation systems, perform seasonal maintenance, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Laborer / Apprentice
No experience required, just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. We'll train you in irrigation systems, repairs, and installation. This is a great entry point into a skilled trade with excellent earning potential.
Requirements
For Licensed Irrigator:
- Valid TCEQ Irrigator License (required)
- Valid Texas driver's license (required)
- Proven experience in irrigation installation, repair, and maintenance
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage projects
For Sprinkler Technician:
- Valid TCEQ Technician License (required)
- Valid Texas driver's license (required)
- Experience diagnosing and repairing irrigation systems
- Knowledge of controllers, valves, heads, and system components
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Reliable and detail oriented
For Laborer / Apprentice:
- Valid Texas driver's license (required)
- No experience necessary, we provide training
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Strong work ethic and dependability
- Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in all weather conditions
- Team player attitude
